Aphoria™ is a digital life-management platform designed to help users organize and reflect on daily life, including planning, habits, wellness tracking, financial organization, productivity, and personal responsibilities.

Aphoria™ incorporates artificial intelligence and automated systems as core components of its functionality. AI systems may generate summaries, reminders, insights, and conversational responses based on user-provided information.

Aphoria™ is a productivity and organizational tool. It is not a bank, financial institution, medical provider, licensed therapist, legal advisor, or tax professional.

Aphoria™ uses artificial intelligence to assist users.

AI-generated outputs:

• • May be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated
• • Are provided for informational purposes only
• • Do not constitute medical, legal, financial, tax, or professional advice
• • Should be independently evaluated before making decisions

While AI is central to Aphoria™, features and capabilities may evolve over time.

You acknowledge that reliance on AI-generated content is at your own risk.

Aphoria™ does not provide medical, legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.

Health and wellness features:

• • Do not diagnose medical conditions
• • Do not provide treatment recommendations
• • Do not replace consultation with qualified healthcare professionals

Financial organization features:

• • Do not constitute financial planning advice
• • Do not guarantee financial outcomes

⚠️ You are solely responsible for decisions made based on information provided through the Services.

Aphoria™ does not replace electronic medical record systems, healthcare providers, or regulated healthcare platforms.

With your explicit permission, Aphoria™ may access device location data to enable contextual reminders.

Location data:

• • Is not used for surveillance or advertising
• • May be disabled at any time through your device settings

Location use is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Certain features may require payment.

• • Payments are processed by third-party providers
• • Aphoria™ does not store full payment card details
• • Subscription pricing, renewal terms, and cancellation policies will be disclosed prior to purchase

Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

You retain ownership of content you submit ("User Content").

By submitting content, you grant Aphoria™ a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, transmit, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating, securing, and improving the Services.

You agree not to upload content that:

Aphoria™ may offer features labeled as "beta," "experimental," or similar.

These features:

Use of beta features is voluntary and at your own risk.

All software, branding, trademarks, logos, designs, interfaces, and proprietary systems associated with Aphoria™ are owned by Aphoria™ or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the Services without prior written permission.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee:

• • Error-free operation
• • Continuous availability of features
• • That data will be free from loss

Your use of Aphoria™ is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aphoria™ shall not be liable for:

• • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• • Loss of data, profits, or opportunities
• • Missed reminders or notifications
• • Reliance on AI-generated content
• • Service interruptions

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Services.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if:

• • Your conduct harms other users
• • Your activity poses a security, legal, or reputational risk
• • We are required to do so by law
• • We determine that continued access is not in the best interest of the platform or its users

We are not liable for any loss resulting from suspension or termination.

You may discontinue use of the Services at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration rather than in court.

Arbitration shall:

• • Take place in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
• • Be administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider

Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless otherwise required by law.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis.

You waive the right to participate in any class action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding against Aphoria™.

If this waiver is found unenforceable, the arbitration provision shall be null and void.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updates will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
